The University of Central Oklahoma in partnership with the City of Oklahoma City recently renovated nearly 18,000 square feet of existing tenant space in the Santa Fe Parking Garage.
The existing spaces were completely demolished and a new home for UCO was planned in three distinct and separate areas.
The three UCO spaces consisted of a new location for KUCO Radio, a laboratory space, and a Downtown Campus for Customized Education. Features of the build-out included state-of-the-art technology infrastructure, large-capacity conference rooms, laboratories and classrooms, Incubator offices, and KUCO broadcast spaces.
