A renovation of an existing PEMB manufacturing facility into the new regional headquarters for Dover Artificial lift. Introducing new corporate branding standards, the building received a complete design overhaul. New exterior and interior upgrades, along with a completely new second floor as well as a complete redesign of the entry and office/workspace areas. By opening up the plan within the existing office area, collaboration has increased dramatically. An outdoor terrace area has also been added in order to give staff the ability to interact outdoors as well. Scheduling and phasing was very important during the design and construction of the additions as to limit the impact on productivity.
